1. General betting requirements

By placing a bet or participating in a game at Lukki Casino, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules that apply to the relevant service. These rules form part of the agreement between you and the operator. If there is a difference between these general Betting Rules and a specific game rule, promotion term or other published condition, the more specific condition will generally apply to that game or offer.

In this article

You must use the service only where online gambling is permitted and where you are legally entitled to do so. You are responsible for understanding the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions based on your age, location or personal circumstances. You must be of the legal gambling age applicable in your jurisdiction. Lukki Casino may restrict access where participation is not permitted or where the required account and identity checks cannot be completed.

Only one player should use an account, and an account must be used by the registered account holder. You must provide information that is accurate, current and complete, and you must update it when necessary. You must keep your login details secure and must not allow another person to place bets or access your account. Activity carried out through your account may be treated as activity authorised by you unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access.

  • Do not open or use an account in another person’s name.
  • Do not use payment methods that belong to another person unless expressly permitted under the applicable conditions.
  • Do not attempt to bypass account, location, age, identity or security checks.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering or any other prohibited purpose.
  • Do not use software, devices or methods designed to interfere with games, account systems or betting records.

The operator may carry out verification, security and compliance checks before or after bets are placed. You may be asked to provide documents or information needed to confirm your identity, age, account ownership or source of funds. Any review will be handled in accordance with the applicable policies and legal obligations. Restrictions may remain in place until a required review has been completed.

2. Placing, accepting and cancelling bets

You should check your selection, stake, game, bet type and any displayed conditions before confirming a bet. A bet is normally treated as placed only when it has been submitted through the service and an acceptance or confirmation is shown. A selection shown on screen before confirmation is not necessarily a completed bet. You should retain any confirmation or transaction reference displayed for your records.

Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot normally be changed or cancelled by the player. A bet may be cancelled, rejected, voided or adjusted only where this is allowed by the applicable game rules, the Terms and Conditions, a technical correction process or a legal or regulatory requirement. If a bet is not accepted, the stake should not be treated as a completed wager, even if a selection was temporarily visible on screen.

The available stake range, permitted bet types, game limits and any other betting conditions are shown in the relevant game or account interface. These conditions may vary between games, accounts or services and may be changed in accordance with the applicable terms. You should review the information displayed before confirming each bet. No statement in these general rules creates a guaranteed minimum or maximum stake.

You must have sufficient available funds or other permitted balance before placing a bet. A bet should not be placed where the transaction would exceed your available balance or an applicable account limit. If a payment is later reversed, charged back or found to be unauthorised, the related bets or winnings may be reviewed under the Terms and Conditions. The operator may suspend activity while a payment or account review is taking place.

  1. Select the game and betting option you want to use.
  2. Review the stake, potential return, rules and any displayed conditions.
  3. Confirm that you are authorised to participate and that sufficient funds are available.
  4. Submit the bet and wait for the service to display acceptance or another clear status.
  5. Check your account history or transaction records if you are unsure whether a bet was accepted.

If a bet is duplicated because of a clear system or processing error, the operator may investigate and correct the affected transactions. The correction may include removing a duplicate entry, returning an incorrectly deducted stake or adjusting a result that was recorded incorrectly. Corrections will not be made to disadvantage a player where the relevant transaction was valid and properly recorded.

3. Game rules, results and settlement

Each game may have its own rules covering the objective, available options, stake requirements, possible outcomes, game features and settlement method. You should read those rules before playing. Information shown in the game interface, including paytables, symbols, combinations, multipliers or other features, is intended to explain how that particular game operates. The rules for one game should not be assumed to apply to another game.

Game outcomes are determined by the game system and the applicable rules. Where a game uses a random outcome process, results are generated independently according to that process. Previous results do not change the likelihood of a future result, and a particular result is not guaranteed because it has not appeared recently. There is no reliable strategy that can guarantee a win or recover losses.

A result is generally settled using the information and records held by the operator’s systems. Account history, game records, transaction logs and other relevant technical records may be used to confirm whether a bet was accepted, the outcome that was produced and the amount recorded. If the game displays a result but the account history has not yet updated, you should avoid placing a duplicate bet until the status is clear.

A bet may be considered void or subject to correction if the game was unavailable, interrupted before completion, affected by a material error or operated outside the published rules. The treatment of an affected bet will depend on the circumstances and the specific game conditions. Where possible, the original stake or the appropriate settlement will be applied in line with the relevant rules. A displayed error, incorrect price, incorrect balance or incorrect result does not create an entitlement to an amount that was not properly won.

If a promotional feature, bonus balance or free-play benefit is used, additional conditions may apply. Those conditions will explain eligibility, qualifying games, contribution rules, expiry, withdrawal requirements and any restrictions. Promotional conditions should be read before the offer is accepted. If a promotion conflicts with these general rules, the published conditions for that promotion will apply to the extent of the conflict.

  • Do not assume that a game feature is available in every game or on every device.
  • Check whether a game has separate rules for bonus play, free play or promotional funds.
  • Review the displayed result and account history before treating a bet as settled.
  • Keep records of important bets, confirmations and relevant game information.
  • Raise a query promptly if a result, balance or transaction appears incorrect.

4. Technical issues, prohibited conduct and disputes

Internet connections, devices, browsers and third-party networks can affect access to an online service. You are responsible for using a suitable device, maintaining a secure connection and checking that your software is working correctly. A loss of connection does not automatically cancel a bet that has already been accepted. If you are disconnected during a game, check your account history and the relevant game status before trying to place the same bet again.

The operator may suspend, restrict or close access where there is a suspected breach of these rules, misuse of the service, suspicious activity, a security concern, a legal requirement or a need to protect the integrity of games and accounts. This may include holding a transaction for review or removing access to a specific game or feature. Any action will be handled under the applicable Terms and Conditions and relevant obligations.

Prohibited conduct includes manipulating game results, exploiting a known error, using automated betting tools without permission, interfering with another player’s account, creating accounts to avoid restrictions and making false statements during verification. Collusion, fraudulent payment activity and attempts to conceal the source or destination of funds are also prohibited. Where prohibited conduct is identified, affected bets and account activity may be reviewed.

If you believe that a bet, result, payment or account record is incorrect, review the relevant game rules and your account history first. Keep the date, time, game name, stake, confirmation details and a clear description of the issue. A query may be investigated using available account and system records. The outcome of an investigation will depend on the evidence, the applicable rules and the circumstances of the event.

You should not continue betting to try to recover a disputed amount or previous losses. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is affecting your finances, relationships or wellbeing, stop playing and use the available responsible gambling tools. These may include spending or session controls, time reminders, account restrictions and self-exclusion options, subject to the features available through the service. Independent support is also available through Australian gambling-help organisations.

These Betting Rules may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to games, services, legal requirements or operating procedures. The current version published on the website applies to future activity unless a different arrangement is required by law. You should review the rules periodically and before using a new game or promotional feature. Continued use of the service after an update indicates that you have read the revised information.
